It is with great sadness to announce the death of Robert (Bob) Stinchcombe.
Bob passed away at his home in Baglan – Port Talbot South Wales on Sunday 26th April 2020.
Bob was 89 years old and had been in poor health and accidents for the past 6 months or so. His dear wife Margaret is also poorly and was also at home.
I have known Bob for 45+ years and was a good friend of mine and many who sailed with him.
It is most unfortunate, that with the Corvid-19 lock-down, that we and many will not be able to attend the funeral.
I will in due course inform of when the funeral takes place.
I will be sending a Red Ensign to drape the coffin and will make arrangements to have an anchor wreath made.
