Nice to get a contact from Bob, who inform me he is ‘Fully
retired’, wife Elsie has also taken retirement. Bob called to
see me last in 2002, and we met at one of the LOF reunions.
He informs me that he was 46 years at sea….not many of us
made it that long.
Bob was away when our good friend Capt Rodman Tarbuck
passed away.
Capt T was quite an inspiration to many including Bob.
Bob will be 64 in March.
