I’m sure I can speak for us all, in thanking Bob for attending the funeral of Vel Athans.
Unfortunately I have recently come out of hospital and have many appointments which clashed.

It was lovely to chat to you yesterday, thank you so much for coming, such a long trip for you to make and at a difficult time. It meant a lot to myself and my brother.
You asked about the charity we chose if people would like to make a donation in memory of my Dad.
We chose “Day One Trauma” https://www.dayonetrauma.org/
They helped in the ward my Dad was in. He was known as Vel Athans there.
